Frequently Asked Questions

1) Pricing and Payment Expectations.

Our courses work out at £10 per class or £20 per class depending on the class size. Class size depends on the instrument, age group and tutor.

In order to ensure we can pay our music tutors and that planned lessons can run, the full 8 week course must be paid in advance. A space on the course is not secured until the relevant payment has been received.

2) Absences and Cancellations.

We are a small charity and to put these lessons on we pay professional musicians. We will pay them whether or not your child can attend. Therefore, we are asking everyone to pay for the full the 8 weeks to secure your place on the course. 

 

Once you have signed up for a 8 week course we are unable to process or refund for any absences. If your child is unable to attend one of the lessons, they will still be payable. 

 

You can cancel your course up to two weeks before the first lesson.

3) Student Welfare, Safeguarding and PVG.

All tutors have been PVG'd by Givin' it Laldie and trained in our Health and Safety, Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.
